1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of CODE-RAG, a self-improving code RAG system served to a coding agent through a local MCP server, provided by Hacemos Software ('we'). By purchasing or using the software you accept these terms.
2. License to use
Each purchase grants a license to use identified by a unique code. The license enables a number of simultaneous activations (devices) and capabilities (server mode, concurrent projects) according to the plan purchased. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the license code or the software.
3. Subscription and renewal
Monthly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions via the chosen payment provider (MercadoPago in Argentina, PayPal internationally). Renewal extends the validity of your license. The Ultimate plan also offers a one-time payment option with a perpetual license.
4. Cancellation and validity
You can cancel anytime from your payment provider account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your license stays valid until the end of the period already paid, then expires. Upon a payment definitively marked as failed by the provider, the license stops renewing.
5. Requirements and availability
CODE-RAG requires your own infrastructure (GPU) for indexing and models, and compatible software (e.g. Claude, GPT or another MCP client). We make reasonable efforts to keep the issuance and support service running, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
6. Intellectual property
The software, the CODE-RAG brand and the Hacemos Software brand belong to their owners. Your code and indexed data are and remain yours: they do not leave your infrastructure.
7. Limitation of liability
The software is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss arising from use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the last twelve months.
8. Governing law
