Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of the product

CODE-RAG is instant-delivery digital software: the license code is issued automatically upon payment confirmation. Due to its nature, refunds are limited.

2. Subscription cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your MercadoPago or PayPal account. Cancellation stops future charges. We don't revoke the license instantly: it stays valid until the end of the period already paid.

3. Refunds

If the software fails due to a defect attributable to us and we can't resolve it, we'll consider a refund of the last period paid. Refunds don't apply for non-use, incompatibility with unsupported infrastructure, or after substantial use of the period.

4. One-time (perpetual)

The Ultimate one-time license is perpetual. As a final delivery, refunds apply only within the first fourteen (14) days and only where an unresolved defect can be verified.
