1. What data we collect

We collect only what's needed for the sale and delivery: your email, order data (plan, currency, amount, language) and the transaction identifier at the payment provider. We do not receive or store your card details: the provider processes them.

2. Your code never leaves your infrastructure

CODE-RAG is local-first. Indexing and models run on your GPU. We do not receive, store or transmit the source code you index.

3. How we use the data

We use your email to send your license code, downloads and communications related to the purchase and support. We use order data to manage the validity of your license.

4. Third parties

We share minimal data with strictly necessary providers: the payment gateways (MercadoPago, PayPal) and the email provider. Each processes your data under its own policies.

5. Retention and your rights

We retain purchase data for the duration of the commercial relationship and as required by law. You can request access, rectification or deletion of your data by emailing soporte@code-rag.com.
